Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. Roof inspections and the written estimate that follows are free, including storm and hail damage inspections. There is no trip charge and no obligation.
How long does an inspection take?
Most take 30 to 60 minutes on site. Larger lake homes with multiple roof planes or heavy storm damage documentation can take longer.
Do I have to be there?
No. Many of our cabin and lake home owners live out of the area. We inspect, photograph everything, and send the report and estimate to you.
Will you tell me if I don't need a new roof?
Yes, and we do it often. If your roof has years of life left, we'll say so and note what to watch. Fair pricing, no games — that's the whole point.
Can you inspect for an insurance claim?
We document storm, hail, and wind damage with dated photos and written findings you can hand your adjuster, and we can be on site when they inspect.
