What does hail damage actually look like?
Bruised, soft spots in the shingle mat where granules have been knocked loose, often with matching dents in gutters, vents and flashing. It is frequently invisible from the ground, which is why a documented on-roof inspection matters.
Does insurance cover storm damage to my roof?
Most homeowner policies cover sudden storm damage, subject to your deductible and policy terms. Coverage for wear and age is a different matter. Your carrier decides — we document the damage so that decision is made on accurate information.
How long do I have to file after a storm?
